How To Kickstart Your Self-Improvement

To kickstart your self-improvement you’ll need a couple of things. Firstly, it’s time to evaluate your goals and expectation for the rest of the year. As we enter the last quarter of the year, September brings a sense of academic renewal. Institutions reopen and it still feels like summer, although autumn is impatiently nipping at our heels. Whether you’re back to work, still rocking the working-from-home look or simply need a shake-up, here are three things you can do to kickstart your self-improvement for ultimate success.

“What’s the first thing I should do to kickstart my self-improvement?”

  • Write down everything that makes you feel great. This can be anything from food to people to videos. Be specific. If chocolate makes you feel great, what kind? How much of it do you eat in a week?
  • Evaluate the risk. Out of this kickstart list, put a dash next to anything that you know to be unhealthy for you, i.e. excessive chocolate, late-night binge-watching and semi-committed friendships or online dating.
  • Pinpoint the missing factor. Think to yourself: ‘how can I make this healthier?’ What’s missing? Is it a lack of discipline? Is it a lack of structure? Is it a lack of time? How can I fix this?

“How do I kickstart my self-improvement when I’m feeling lazy?”

Get a coach.
Bet on Glow Girl Guru!

Get a coach. Most people tend to think only big executives large public-speakers use coaches but you can find the perfect coach at a very affordable price. A dating coach will cover your love-life goals, from finding a partner to simply increasing your ability to strike up a conversation. It simply depends on what you want to achieve and how soon you want to achieve it. A coach will help you get the results you want. If laziness tends to get in the way of achieving goals you truly care about (you’re definitely not alone there), a coach is perfect because they will help you transform that laziness and into good habits that stick.

Sleep more.

  • Sleep more. Chances are, you’re finding to harder to stay on top of the jobs you need to do because you’re not getting the rest your brain and body needs.

If you follow through on these tips, your knowledge and application of self-improvement will be life-changing.
